Traffic offences
Drink or drug driving, driving without a licence or while it is suspended, failing to stop after an accident. Beyond the fine, what is at stake is the suspension or cancellation of the licence and the confiscation of the vehicle: the lawfulness of the checks and reports is examined.

- Do not sign a statement you have not read.
- Gather useful documents: medical certificates, photographs, messages, statements.
- Call before the interview or the hearing, not after.
